Building on the success of last year’s event, the Air Quality in the 21st Century conference will present an update on a wide range of topics, offering a broad and up-to-date survey of the measurement, regulatory, and scientific issues affecting air quality.
This year’s conference is held in collaboration with DEFRA’s Air Quality Expert Group (AQEG), with several presentations focused on AQEG’s recently published reports, and in conjunction with the UK Clean Air Programme.

- Eloise Marais (Professor of Atmospheric Chemistry and Air Quality, University College London) – Inequitable exposures and health burdens of air pollution from the major oil and gas lifecycle stages in the United States
Abstract submission

- Submission deadline: 20 October 2025.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Organising Committee. Selected submissions will be offered an oral presentation slot; others will be invited to present a poster.
- Notification of decision: 3 November 2025.
